Congenital Hypothyroidism

We gave our baby's heel blood on the 5th day, the TSH result was 5.5mIU/L, then on the 14th day we gave another blood from the arm, the result was 7.73 ulU/mL and T4 was 1.87ng/dal, we were very confused, the doctor said there was no problem, another doctor said go to an endocrinologist.
