Delayed menstruation after ulipristal acetate (Ella)

I used Ella 5 months ago. I had three regular periods. My periods are always very regular. Now my period is a month late. I went to the doctor. I have no doubt about pregnancy, but the test was negative. The ultrasound showed my uterus and ovaries were completely clear. I used Duphaston, but I still haven't had any.
