I have spinal cord paralysis and I have severe muscle loss and I want to know which vitamin and magnesium will be good for my muscles.

I'm having two ultrasounds done, one of them is grade 1 fatty liver, the other one is clean. I'll have it done again in 10 days, what is your advice to avoid writing it as grade 1?

I have a baby born on May 8th. Should I start giving him solid foods? He gets interested and puts his hands in his mouth when I eat.
