Digestive system problem

Hello, I had nausea in March, I didn't suspect pregnancy because I was having my period. When it started, I took a test and it came out negative. I am still having my period. I am very stressed because of this pregnancy. There is a slight swelling in my abdomen, a hard swelling and I feel movement. Is it psychological or can pregnancy occur with a period?
