Pain in the back and under the left breast

I have a belt-like pain from the left side of my back to under my left breast.

I have no complaints other than chest pain. My chest pain is a pressure-like pain in the middle of my chest for about 20 minutes.

Loss of appetite, forgetfulness, chest pain, bone pain, hot flushes

I sweat a lot, I itch, I have bone pain, weakness, fatigue, and a constant desire to sleep.
