1. INTRODUCTION

This Membership Agreement governs the terms of use for services provided through Tanitedavi.com. By registering with Tanitedavi.com, you declare that you accept these agreement terms and assume legal obligations.

2. DEFINITIONS

Member: User who registers with Tanitedavi.com and benefits from the services.
User Data: Personal and health-related data provided by the member during registration and while using the services.
GPT: AI-based analysis system used in Tanitedavi.com.

3. MEMBERSHIP AND REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

Membership begins when the user registers with their personal information. The member is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided information.

The Information Text, Privacy Policy, and Explicit Consent Text are approved during registration, and re-approval may be required for changes to these documents.

Members are entitled to 10 free questions per day; questions are limited to 250 characters.

Members are responsible for their account security. Sharing account information with third parties is prohibited.

4. PROCESSING OF HEALTH DATA

Tanitedavi.com processes member's health data only with explicit consent and for specified purposes.

Members can request analysis of their uploaded test results and other health documents. These analyses are for informational purposes and do not substitute medical diagnosis.

With the 'My Health History' feature, members can store, manage, and delete their past questions and symptoms.

5. DATA SECURITY AND ANONYMIZATION

Tanitedavi.com anonymizes uploaded test results and health data before sending them to GPT. Members are responsible for any unmasked data.

Anonymized data may be shared with third parties, but such data will not contain personal information like name, surname, or phone number.

6. MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

Members must provide accurate and current information. They are responsible for maintaining their account security.

Members agree to use the site in compliance with laws. Providing misleading information, misusing the platform, and harassing other members is prohibited.

7. USER CONTENT AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Content uploaded to the site by members is available for Tanitedavi.com's use. Tanitedavi.com may analyze, share, or process this content.

Links provided through the site may redirect to third parties. Tanitedavi.com is not responsible for third-party content.

8. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Subscription fees for paid services are as follows:

Monthly subscription: 100TL
Annual subscription: 899TL

Specified membership fees are charged from registered credit cards if available. Membership fees must be paid on time.

In case of non-payment, Tanitedavi.com may suspend or terminate the membership.

9. TERMINATION AND MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Members can terminate their membership at any time. The termination process is completed upon member's request, and personal data is stored or deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

Tanitedavi.com may unilaterally terminate memberships of users who violate the rules.

10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The accuracy of information provided through Tanitedavi.com is not guaranteed. Health information provided does not constitute medical diagnosis, and professional medical evaluation is recommended.

Tanitedavi.com cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the site.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, parties shall first attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. If no resolution is reached, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

The jurisdiction where Tanitedavi.com is located will be applicable in resolving disputes.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights of Tanitedavi.com (logo, design, software, etc.) are protected. Members cannot copy, share, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.

13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Tanitedavi.com takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect members' personal and health data.

Data processing and protection is carried out in accordance with relevant legal regulations (KVKK and GDPR).

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of the agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect.

15. AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS

Tanitedavi.com reserves the right to make changes to this agreement. Changes will be notified to members and their approval will be obtained.

Official notifications to members will be made via email. Members are required to keep their email address up to date.
