Users who receive health consultancy services using the Tanitedavi.com application are deemed to have accepted the following conditions:

The Tanitedavi.com application and all related services are owned by Tanitedavi.com company through its official web address tanitedavi.com and are operated by us. You ('User') are subject to the following conditions while using all services offered in our application, and by using and continuing to use the service; you are deemed to have accepted that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to sign contracts according to the laws you are bound by, that you are over 18 years old, that you have read and understood these terms of use, and that you are bound by the terms written in the terms of use.
This agreement imposes rights and obligations on the parties regarding the Tanitedavi.com application, and when the parties accept these conditions, they declare that they will fulfill the aforementioned rights and obligations completely, accurately, on time, within the conditions requested in the terms of use.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

a.Tanitedavi.com reserves the right to make changes to prices and products and services offered at any time.
b.Tanitedavi.com accepts and undertakes that the member will benefit from the contract services, except for technical failures.
c.The User accepts in advance that they will not reverse engineer the site's usage or engage in any other operation aimed at finding or obtaining their source code, otherwise they will be responsible for damages that will arise before third parties, and legal and criminal proceedings will be initiated against them.
d.The User agrees not to produce or share content that is contrary to general morality and decency, illegal, violates the rights of third parties, misleading, aggressive, obscene, pornographic, violates personality rights, violates copyrights, or encourages illegal activities in their activities on the site, in any part of the site or in communications. Otherwise, they are entirely responsible for any damage that occurs, and in this case, the 'Site' authorities reserve the right to suspend, terminate such accounts, and initiate legal proceedings. For this reason, they reserve the right to share if requests for information about activities or user accounts come from judicial authorities.
e.The relationships of the site's members with each other or third parties are their own responsibility.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1. All registered or unregistered intellectual property rights such as title, business name, trademark, patent, logo, design, information and method in this Site belong to the site operator and owner company or its specified concerned party and are under the protection of national and international law. Visiting this Site or benefiting from the services on this Site does not grant any rights regarding these intellectual property rights.
2.2. Information on the Site cannot be reproduced, published, copied, presented and/or transferred in any way. The whole or part of the Site cannot be used on another website without permission.

3. Confidential Information

3.1. Tanitedavi.com will not disclose personal information transmitted by users through the site to third parties. This personal information includes any other information intended to identify the User, such as person's name-surname, address, phone number, mobile phone, e-mail address, and will be briefly referred to as 'Confidential Information'.
3.2. The User accepts and declares that they consent to the company that owns the Site sharing their communication, portfolio status and demographic information with its affiliates or group companies to which it is affiliated, limited to being used within the scope of marketing activities such as promotion, advertising, campaign, promotion, announcement, etc. This personal information may be used to determine customer profiles within the company, offer promotions and campaigns suitable for the customer profile, and conduct statistical studies.
3.3. Confidential Information may only be disclosed to official authorities in cases where this information is requested by official authorities in due course and where disclosure to official authorities is mandatory according to the provisions of the current mandatory legislation.

4. No Warranty: THIS AGREEMENT CLAUSE WILL BE VALID TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ARE PROVIDED AND MARKETED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE SERVICES OR APPLICATION (INCLUDING ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN), INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Registration and Security

The User must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this Agreement will be deemed violated and the account may be closed without informing the User.
The User is responsible for password and account security on the site and third-party sites. Otherwise, the Company cannot be held responsible for data losses and security breaches or damage to hardware and devices.
6. Force Majeure

If the obligations arising from the contract become impossible to fulfill by the parties due to reasons beyond the control of the parties; natural disasters, fires, explosions, civil wars, wars, uprisings, public movements, declaration of mobilization, strikes, lockouts and epidemics, infrastructure and internet failures, power outages (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Force Majeure"), the parties are not responsible for this. During this period, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from this Agreement are suspended.

7. Integrity and Applicability of the Agreement

If one of the terms of this agreement becomes partially or completely invalid, the rest of the agreement continues to remain valid.

8. Changes to the Agreement

Tanitedavi.com may partially or completely change the services offered on the site and the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on the site. It is the User's responsibility to follow the changes. The User is deemed to have accepted these changes by continuing to benefit from the services offered.

9. Notification

All notifications to be sent to the parties regarding this Agreement will be made via Tanitedavi.com's known e-mail address and the e-mail address specified by the user in the membership form. The User accepts that the address specified while becoming a member is the valid notification address, that they will notify the other party in writing within 5 days if it changes, otherwise notifications to be made to this address will be considered valid.

10. Evidence Agreement

In all disputes that may arise regarding transactions related to this agreement between the parties, the parties' books, records and documents and computer records and fax records will be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and the user accepts that they will not object to these records.

11. Resolution of Disputes

Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in the resolution of all disputes that will arise from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement.
