3. New Findings: There was increased fluid signal at the mastoid level on the right, along with edema and signal changes around the submandibular gland.

4. Lymph Nodes: Partial shrinkage was observed in the lymph nodes identified at levels 1B-2. The lymph nodes identified in previous examinations were not identified in the current study.

5. Other Regions: A large retention cyst was observed in the left maxillary sinuses. Additionally, mucosal thickening was present. Left Cerebellar Hemisphere: A nodular mass lesion may appear consistent with a meningioma.
